My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, priced at $180 per night, were conveniently located near the pool and sauna area, but they felt more like a 3-star rather than 4-star standard.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, right by the ski route and a stone's throw away from the cable cars. Service had its ups and downs, with helpful staff but some miscommunication. The dining experience ranged from exceptional to below standard. The facilities were convenient but lacked a bit of warmth.
